Ecological agrarian production (also called biological), is a system for producing and making agrarian products with the aim of obtaining top quality foods by respecting the environment and not using synthesized chemical products (hormones, drugs, chemical fertilizers, pesticides, etc.).
The ecological agrarian production of olives is rare, in areas difficult to access and with dispersed fields. This makes harvesting slow (riper olive) and when they enter the olive mill, milling has to be immediate.
With ecological agrarian-produced arbequina olives certified by the CCPAE, we obtain an ecological extra virgin quality oil with outstanding characteristics.
Its production is reduced but pain-staking and intricate.
