At the Molí de la Vall Major we only produce Extra Virgin arbequina olive oil
Olive oil is practically the only vegetable oil that can be consumed uncooked, maintaining all its vitamins, essential fatty acids and other highly important dietary products.
The oil is the natural juice of the olive, extracted cold by purely mechanical and physical processes, by maintaining the production temperature below 27ºC (Cold Extraction Process).
The result is an excellent balanced and harmonious extra virgin olive oil which we offer in the following varieties:
Integral extra virgin olive oil
Filtered extra virgin olive oil
We also produce an ecological agrarian extra virgin quality arbequina olive oil, certified by the (CCPAE).

Bottling: We bottle exclusively on demand
We bottle exclusively on demand, guaranteeing all the organoleptic characteristics of our oil.
This system enables us to bottle the type of Extra Virgin oil (integral, filtered or ecological), in the bottling material and capacity requested by our customers.
Up until such time, the oil is left to rest in our cellar at 17ºC, to maintain its correct taste characteristics.
